The time of the Vestal meet has been changed to 6:00 pm.

Congratulations to our 6 Seniors who concluded their Home dual meet career tonight with a resounding victory over Elmira.   Our Seniors are: Nathan Bach, Avery Bodenstein, Will Fisher, Nadav Hendel, Dan Kim, and Dave Miller.

Congratulations to Charles Chang and Kevin Miller for winning two individual races each tonight.  The Little Red won all 8 individual swimming events and all 3 relays.

Ryan Nicholson won the 100 backstroke in 54.62 setting the Pool Record and Varsity Record as well as qualifying for states in that event.

The Little Red are 6-0 on the season and are looking forward to their last dual meet at Vestal on Jan. 25th.

The Little Red continue their winning ways!  The boys placed 1st in the class A division at the Invite and placed first in overall points, beating the next closest competitor by over 80 points. See Full Results:     EFA Beecher invite  All of the boys had great swims today.  There were many Personal Records!!!  Not all of the swims were the boys fastest times, but the boys are all learning how to pace swims, fine tune phasing into turns, and finish their races.  These experiences make for great swims, and will translate into faster performances at Section Championships.

The 200 Medley Relay team of Dave Miller, Kyle Markwardt, Ryan Nicholson, and Will Fisher achieved a state qualifying time of 1:40.35.  The 400 Free Relay team of Ryan Nicholson, Dave Miller, Francis Schickel and Will Fisher also achieved a state qualifying time of 3:15. 35 (which is currently ranked #1 in the state).  Ryan Nicholson was awarded Athlete of the Meet for outstanding swims in both of the above relays and pool records in the 200 I.M. and the 100 butterfly.

Congrats on a great performance from top to bottom at home vs Binghamton.  Final score 124-57.  The 400 free relay broke the pool record 3:20.84.  There were also 16 personal best times recorded by the team.  Good Job Guys!

The team is competing at the Beecher Invitational next weekend at Elmira Free Academy.

School district facilities closed and all athletic practices are canceled due to the inclement weather.  See you on Friday!
