The Little Red successfully defended their Beecher Invite Class A title. They have now won the meet 5 years on a row.
Kevin Miller was named the Swimmer of the meet because of his wins in the 200 free and 500 free (pool and invite record) as well as helping the 200 Medley relay to a 2nd place finish and a 1st place in the 400 Free. Andrew Mikhailichenko added two more wins in the 200 IM and 100 Breast (state qualifying time) and was a member of the 200 Medley Relay and 400 Free Relay teams. Francis Schickel won the 100 free with a state qualifying time and placed 2nd in the 200 free. Many other Little Red Swimmers had big time drops and added depth points to the narrow victory over Maine-Endwell.
The Little Red are back in action on Jan. 13th at Vestal High School.
